What kind of businesses do you work with?
We work with hospitality and lifestyle brands: hotels, resorts, F&B, and real estate. If you're building a distinctive hospitality brand in Vietnam or the wider region, you're our kind of client.

What if the packages don't quite fit what we need?
Our packages are starting points, not a fixed menu. Tell us what you're trying to achieve, and we'll tailor one to it or build something custom from scratch. Every project is quoted to its own scope.

How long does a project take?
Most photography is delivered within a few days, up to seven working days. Larger projects for a brand film, for example, or a full property campaign will take longer. We'll agree on a clear timeline with you before we start, so there are no surprises.

How does payment work?
A 50% deposit secures your shoot dates and gets us started; the balance is due on delivery. Where travel and accommodation apply, they're quoted separately. For larger engagements, we set out the full schedule in your contract.

Where are you based?
Faifo Studio is based in Hoi An, Vietnam. We regularly work with overseas clients and travel worldwide for media shoots.

Who owns the final work, and how can we use it?
Once your project is paid in full, you get a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the final images and films across all your commercial channels, including your website, social, print, ads, and OTA listings. Copyright itself stays with us, and we may feature the work in our portfolio unless you'd prefer we didn't. Raw, unedited files aren't included as standard, but we can arrange those separately if you need them.

What if we want changes to the final edit?
Every package includes three rounds of revisions per deliverable. If you need more, we can add rounds at an agreed rate.
